Finland’s Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority (STUK) said in a statement Wednesday parents should restrict children’s mobile phone use.

But then added the required weasle words “Although studies carried out thus far have not shown mobile phone radiation to have had any adverse impact on health, prudence is advised when it comes to children as not all the effects are known.”
